Customized POI - Phone Calling

Hi,
i own a C550 and have a few POIS Files (Fire stations, Police Stations, Mazda Dealers...) installed on it.

However I cannot call them using my C550 Phone menu (Hotel. Food - Extras), where no correspondences are found.

Can anyone tell the correct CSV file structure in order to include the Phone number in a way that I can be able to do a phone call using my device.
