Tomtom 520 windscreen mount

Has anybody had any problems with the mount falling off the windscreen after a short time usually ten to fifteen minutes. The windscreen and mount are clean and it is mounted on a flat area.
I already have had one replacement mount sent and that is no different. Tomtom now sending another.
With my original tt520 that was exchanged, it was fine.
Anybody else come across this problem?

Had the same problem with my 720 in my own car, but in a different car it stayed on without problem.

I decided to go for a Brodit clip and swivel mount for my own car as did not want a satnav on the windscreen.

i had to use teh windscreen mount for a while till there was an active mount available ,but mine never fell off ,except 1 near 1 with i tried to remove it it just fell off
