I have installed Zonelab security software, unfortunatley it will not let me upload the camera database, as anyone any ideas to adjust settings.

Which ZoneAlarm Utility are you using?
If you can Log In, you should have no problem downloading.

i'm pretty certain from various support emails etc that the issues occur only with the paid-for version...
i can't find any particular resolution to it though... something to do with... no, sorry - mind is totally blank!! something needs disabling in zonealarm or something!

That is purely a Firewall.
The Private Headers feature only appears in the Pro Security Suite.
I don't even have it in my ZA Antivirus version.
