imported poi's not showing up in 7

I've tried importing my ov2 and bmp files into \Storage Card\COPILOT\EU\SAVE and they appear to integrate on restart but when you tick custom check box on settings/poi it disappears when you go back in and i don't know why

Now I know why just been told by technical support that copilot 7 does not support imported poi's at this moment in time and there are no plans for it to either (wish i bought something else )

I have also been talking to ALK customer support with reference to importing TomTom format POI's. This is possible by saving the files to \Storage Card\COPILOT\EU\SAVE.

However the imported BMP icons are not working and this is ALKs responce.
