PDA recommendation

Having seen the specs for CoPilot 7 I need to upgrade my PDA. Currently I use an iPAQ 3970 which runs Windows Mobile 4.0

Originally ALK (in the US) said Copilot 7 would run on this, but now they say it requires Windows mobile 5 or 6 (or 2003), none of which are available for the iPAQ 3970.

So I am looking for a new PDA and wonder if anyone here has any recommendations? I am looking for in-built GPS, ideally with an up to date chipset. A decent sized screen and if possible in-built GSM.

HP have the iPAQ 6915, however the main issue with that is the smallish screen it has.

Also I see in other countries (I am in the UK) there are other versions of the 69xx.

GSM is not absolutely required but if I don't have that then it needs bluetooth.

Would appreciate any advice.

HP in the US is coming with a new enterprise edition PPC that will have a 4" screen on it like the Hx4700 I have. They want $499 but I have seen that it may go for $399 when released. The Hx4700 if you can find one you can put WM5 on it and I have WM6 running on it now with a 128 Meg rom update and the machine screams. I doubt I'll be upgrading for bit but would seriously look at the new HP they have coming out.
