You could
  1. Navigate to
  2. Point on map
  3. Locate M6 Junction20
  4. Select Done
or
  1. Navigate to
  2. Address
  3. Crossing or intersection
  4. For City, enter Lymm (you need to know the nearest City for this method)
  5. For street enter 'M6' you will be presented with M6 WA13
  6. For crossing enter M6 J20

You could try this - http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/oldboy/TomTomPOI/MWay.zip

It wasn't intended for destinations, but for travelling via.

I don't know whether it is suitable for how you want to use it.

I have used those POI's for a few years now and use regularly. I often go a junction more than needed on motorways and find alternative route by travelling via the corresponding mway junction. But be careful because you have to enter the junction before you get off. Like say i was travelling north from the midlands and was instructed to get off at junction 15 but i wanted to get off at 16 i would travell via "15N" .The POI is as you get on the motorway not off it
