Subscription Problem

Hello,

I subscribe "now and again". My free Cyclops with my Garmin 250 has now expired, so I've paid my £2 via paypal, however when I log in it says I'm not registered ?

I pay via credit card, so should be instantly available ?

It would normally be instant unless your PayPal payment was an eCheque or there was a glitch in the authorisation process which happens occasionally.

If you can email subscriptions AT pocketgpsworld.com, and include your username, PayPal Transaction ID and PayPal email address if different from your forum address I'll investigate and come back to you as soon as I have looked at the issue.
