Garmin Quest problems

I am off to Europe tomorrow, and am having major problems with my quest. I had it replaced last week, due to an audio fault.A new unit came back to me a couple of days ago, and I can't get the routes I have plotted on my pc, onto the unit. They will send, but when I try to navigate them, it says the maps are not available, and it will not follow the specified route. I am using v8 on my pc and on my unit. I have had everything unlocked via garmin over the phone yesterday, and they assured me everything woudl work ok when I put the maps on today. I am really stuck here, and am panicking now, as we leave tomorrow! Please help if you can! Thanking you in advance. Tori x

Connect your Quest and select "Receive from device" then tick the Maps and Routes checkboxes. This will show you which maps are loaded into your Quest. Some of them must be missing so you will have to reselect the maps you want and upload them again.
