I have a MyGuide 3100 but only to find out the customer service is crap and aparently you can buy extras for it but can't find them, i fully charged the battery last week and haven't used it for a week and when i did go to use it the battery was flat! any body else got probs with theres? Question Question

I am certainly having probs with battery, I get no longer than an hour and a half plus it will not charge to its full amount.

Rec charge is 8 hours 1st off then 2 hours should be enough to give upto 3 hours normal use according to myguide, they do state that the battery consumes power even if off whch is very poor i think so this would explain the problem you have described.

have only had the unit for 2 days so will prob replace for another unit as I have to say its a fantastic unit which I think is one of the most accurate on the market.

The main prob I am having is the cameras work one minute then not the next so cant be trusted which is frustrating.
