Tom Tom one Sd card problems

Hi, I wonder if someone can help with a problem that I Have.

I own a legit Tom Tom one and recently copied everything to a 1gig SD card because my original SD card provided with my tom tom had become corrupt. I now have no backup SD card and created a further backup to put onto a 2 gig card. When I use Tom Tom home to restore it to the 2 gig card all I get is the egg timer and nothing restores to the 2 gig card.

I have tried copying all files to my laptop and then copying across to the 2 gig card. It goes so far and then I get a message that the card is full even when it isnt. The 2 gig card is then unreadable and I have to reformat it.

What can I do?
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi, I can see your problem, TOMTOM HOME, It's rubbish. What you want to do is a proper FULL backup with windows explorer, look here, at number 1.
