Transferring Music to TT Go 720

I have used TomTom Home to transfer music files from my PC to the TT Go 720. However, when I bring up TomTom Jukebox on the 720 it can't see the MP3 files. When connecting the 720 to my PC and browsing the memory card they are definitely there!

Any ideas on this one? I have checked the manual (Yes, I know, it goes against everything being a man is about) and according to that I have done it correctly to the letter.

Can't email TomTom support because they don't have the 720 support set up yet!!!!!

Have you got your MP3's on a SD card.That is what I did and all works fine
