TomTom One V4....Anyway to activate as handsfree ?

I have just got a tomtom one V4.

It has Bluetooth functionality to allow connection to a mobile to use the phones GPRS but is there a way of activating the bluetooth functionality to enable me to use the TomTom as a bluetooth handfree ?

Is it simply that the version of tomtom installed on the unit does not activate the bluetooth for this use ?

If so would an SD card with a higher spec version do the job ?

Welcome to the forum Mark, the TT One only uses BT for data over the GPRS there is nothing you can do to enable it for handsfree it simply doesn't have the hardware or connections (microphone for example) - Mike

Oh well...it was worth a try.

Either way the Tomtom One is way better than the awful VDO / Dayton unit is was using.
