can someone help please? Even if i press the reset button, all that happens with my GO 300 is that I get to the licence agreement page, I press "I Agree" and it then trakes an inordinate amount of time before rebooting and doing the same thing agin.

I can't get near a map!!!!!

Any help gratefully received.

Is this a brand new Device?

Do you have a Full Backup?

Does Windows Explorer recognise the Card in the Device as another Drive?

Do you have a Card Reader? Does Windows Explorer recognise the Card that way?

Do you know your Map Product Number?

Is the Backup a Full Backup of the SD Card?

If Windows can see the Card there must be something wrong with the Card.

If you are sure that you have a Map Backup, then I would Reformat the Card. Copy the Map to the Card from your Backup. But only do this if you have the Map Product Number.

You can download V6.15 software from http://myweb.tiscali.co.uk/oldboy/TomTomUpdates/ttgoupg615.zip and just copy the files to the Root of the SD Card.
