Destinator on Acer35

I have Destinator 6 and 3 but recently had to reboot my acer and lost destinator. Now can not get Destinator consul to download to Acer. I keep getting the message "No connection with mobile device" I have checked and ActiveSync is on and device is connected but they will not communicate. I can communicate with the acer for file exploring and music or software downloads. It is only destinator consul that does not "see" the Acer. Can anyone help?
