I have a tomtom one v2 - the power supply looks as though a motorola phone charger should connect and power it up? (I only have a car charger).

Has anyone tried this with success or is this not advisable?

Cheers

Basically, if the connector is the same AND the output of the charger is NOT greater, it should work without any problems. Remember to check both the current and the voltage.
