TomTom6 on SPV M600

Can anyone tell me what files I need to copy across on to another SPV M600? I can't hear people and they can't hear me so Orange decided that it would be easier to give me a new one. I don't have the cab file anymore so I was wondering, if I copy the right files from my old M600 and put the on my new M600 would it still work and also does anyone know the exact file locations. I have been looking around on it but I don't think that I have copied everything.
If you guys can help that would be great!

Install your map, voice files, postcode and application using TomTom Home, then activate the map to get the product working on the unit AFAIK the SPVm600 is not supported as a device though by TomTom so you probably won't get much assistance from them with this problem - Mike
