Hi, just a query. I have downloaded the single file of all the camera for my TomTom One because I find the single files a little complicated, (Its my age!) Will this give me all I need to be alerted to the camers...Thanks

In a word, yes.
However, you will only get a very simple warning advising that there is a camera ahead. This may be a proper speed camera, a red light camera, or just a point where mobile cameras are occasionally located. You won't know which of these it is until you actually see the camera itself.
You may find this annoying after a while, because more than half the database is mobile camera points, and the majority of the time you pass these, there won't actually be a camera there when you pass. In the past this has caused some people to believe that the database is incorrect.
Personally I use the Consolidated by Type version of the database, which tells me the camera type, but not the speed limit (I assume that I will know this already). This version consists of 6 individual files, but once you have set them up initially, there is no huge maintenance overhead involved in keeping them working
