no maps found again

Hi all am after some help,

finally got around to putting some poi on my tom tom Go this morning, i download too poi ie 4 files and put them in the map folder, i had backed up all my settings to pc before hand.

after they had gone into the map folder i get no maps found now!

i have reset the tom tom and restored settings yet it is saying not maps found still.

any help appreciated
