Database makes 510 'Boing' & I'm not Zebbedee!

I have updated my Navman iCN 510 with the latest PGPSW database of a singe file containing all camera's, when I turn my unit on it gives a single 'Boing' and says theres a Gatso within 60 yds! It lies!!

If I install the TEMP file and switch on, the unit keeps issuing Boing, Boing, Boing warnings without a break and will not stop until I delete the Temp camera's from the installed set. When I remove the TEMP file I still get the single Gatso warning 'Boing' when I switch on.

Any idea what may cause this ? I have installed the database many times before and not come across this one.
