SpeedCam database for Medion150

Hi there
I'm new to the forum and a new Sat-Nav user. I recently acquired a Medion 150 Sat-Nav with Navigator 5. I'm running POI-Warner but haven't subscribed to their SpeedCam database as the Pocket GPS World SpeedCam database appears to be better (?)
Please can anyone advise if the Pocket GPS World camera database works with my system and if there are any setup and/or operational issues. Is is just a matter of downloading and synchronizing or is it more involved than that?
