Help on wghich Garmin to buy

Hi. I am lloking to buy a Garmin! well I think!. I am in Northern Spain and need a GPS which can do these things. Act as a Tom Tom style gps with voice directions and maps that are up to date but also I sell property in many rural and country areas which means I need it to do this: From he start of a route insert or remember the co ordinations before setting off, it would need to memorize the route and then be stored in a memory or SD card. I can then store all these routes with a property reference number or other such system. All I then have to do is bring it up from the memory and follow the route previously recorded. Is there such a GPS that can be configured this way. Mant thanks to anyone who can shine some light on this.
