can anyone help have a wife who has severe ms need a map or add on for uk tomtomone when i purchased it is was informed there was one but i cant find site

There is a list of RADAR key disabled toilets here - don't know how complete or up to date

That looks the best I've seen. When this has been asked before, there hasn't been much found.
There is a section for "Toilets" in the community section of this site's POIs

or try www.poihandler.com which has (a paltry?) 36 RADAR toilets in their Disabled Facilities section.

Here's a link to a another forum post where I compiled a list list of websites where POIs are available to download. You could try any of those too.
