Camera data for Garmin

Not sure if this the right board to post this in.....
however......

on the Garmin 610T there are 2 POI files one is the custom poi file
poi.gpi and there is a cyclopsxxxxxxx.gpi file.

when my free subscription of cyclops runs out i'll most likely subscribe to the pgpsw one, my question is:
given that cyclops has its own .gpi file does the psgpsw file also generate its own gpi file or does it use the poi.gpi file thats there (custom poi)
are there plans to have your own gpi file or is that not possible ?

i just wondered, i take then that if it uses the poi.gpi then all of my custom pois would still have to be in the same folder as the camera database.

is my understanding of this correct ?

we have considered a .gpi file direct from the site but then you can't set your own warning distances etc... also, not all units have easy access to the storage area, some i3's you cannot get to any of the files.

it's easy enough using poi loader so i think it will stay this way for now.

and yes, stick cameras in same folder as other pois!
