help need addind speed camera files to tomtom go 300

hi guys i have a tomtom go 300 and added the speed camera files to the great britain map a few years ago having no problems.i have now upgraded my card to a western european map,can i add the files to this,and if so where do i add them to ie the ov2 files.many thanks.

Hi and welcome.

You add the OV2 and BMP Files to whichever Map you are using. In this case the Western Europe Map Folder.

If you are using the camera files from way back then I don't think they will be very reliable. Not with the rate at which they are, and have, been installed, and used.

What size card do you have in your sat nav if I remember correctly the original card was a 256mb!!
As oldboy has said they go in the map folder !! if your card is still the original it may be a good idea to buy a 1Gb faster card and transfer your data on to this card !!
You can use the switch maps on the device if you want to revert to the original
