Problem downloading new maps - any ideas?

I have tried to download the WE map 4 times and each time at 99% and 20 seconds remaining it comes up with an error message stating

an error occurred downloading this file. "An error occurred (read error)"

this is after an hour each time and I have tried it on my work and my home broadband connections. My computer has 60gb of hard disc space My sd card has 1.7gb free space - I cannot work out what the problem could be..... the other parts of the download all come down ok - the NL and UK postcodes folders are not a problem just the map.

I have tried with the ONE unit connected and also tried with a card reader..... the same problem each time.

Anyone seen this and any idea how to overcome it?
