Safety Camera POIS's - legal in which Countries

Does anybody have a listing of which Countries its legal to have GPS + speed camera POI's.

I've read in various newspaper motoring sections that its illegal in France - but does this apply to just camera detectors (ie Non GPS and POI's) ?

Also just read in another forum that its illegal in Switzerland to have GPS with Speed camera POI's

In France, satnav plus camera POIs is illegal.
A coach driver member says he goes all over France, regularly through police checks, with satnav prominently visible. No comment or check by police.
In Switzerland, satnav plus camera POIs is illegal.

When I entered Switzerland last summer, the border policeman took my cash for the Motorway carnet and reached over my satnav to stick it inside my windscreen!
Some (old wives tales) reports are extreme - illegal even if they contain camera POIs which are not enabled.

The Switzerland one (illegal) is more likely to be correct - I think pgpsw do not include any because of it.

But it's a bag of controversy.
