The 101 is an impressive little thing! It's called an ALAN MAP 500 by Midland in here Europe. I've played an worked with it for 3 months now. It's fast and comes with a map of borders and highways (of Europe, in my case).
The internal software has a review http://www.alan-germany.com/gps/produktgps.php3?&idartikel=58vid=1050864579 that makes the translations in Dutch more bareable and plays some new tricks, like GOTO. This instantly fixes a heading for a (new or old) waypoint.

Of course I look at colour displays and voice-operated devices, but this is good value for money.
