Updating maps on internal memory of i3

Hi all,

I have a streetpilot i3 with internal memory. It has V8 maps on at the moment and I want to upgrade to V9. I have the update dvd and an unlock code for the i3.

Do I just need to unlock the map in mapsource (done) and then click on transfer to device? - When I do this I get a message saying:-

"The required memory for storing maps is missing from your GPS. If your GPS uses a programmable data card, check to make sure it is inserted properly."

Does anyone know what I need to do as my unit doesn't have a data card, just internal memory.
