selecting frquency for tmc on 710

[HOOPEY]

My father has a tomtom 710 with one of those useless tmc add ons. He has arrived this weekend without his instruction manual and has asked me how he can manually select the frequency for the traffic info.

I have tried to use the search facility but there are over 100 pages of info when i search for traffic frequencies so i am hoping that some kind sole will take pity and tell me how if it is possible to manually select the frequency on a tomtom
