Tomtom one v2 display

Hi just a quick question .Have tried out my new tt1 v2 and found it to be far superior to my navman 520 in many ways , but is there a way to display house numbers on the display as my navman did ,ie when driving with no route set the navman would display the road , and the house number . While the tomtom only displays the road name . Have tried setting the (show house numbers before street names) tick box,but to no avail.

I'm doing this from memory as my TT1 V2 is back with tomtom after only 4 days of use

If you browse the maps (screen 2) then if you select the street your looking at it will give you the house numbers. Just not on the main nev screen.

Hi , tried the browse map feature , brings up a lot of info as well, ie both house numbers at each side of the road. Thanks for the info.
