I have noticed that as my TT6 navigator on a PDA counts down the camera is always about 30/40 yards before the count down reaches 0

Any ideas why and can I fix it.

BTW my position on the map is always about right give or take 10 yards

Could be they mark the "capture area" rather than the actual camera itself. The "capture area" is the area after the camera with the road markings.

Can't be that, or EVERYONE would have the same problem...

The spot on the map should be the position along the road where the camera actually is (preferably moved into the centre of the carriageway).

Are you sure it is for ALL cameras? There will always be a few that are slightly out (and you can submit a correction for those useing the map on the submission page), but if they are ALL wrong, it sounds like a problem with your unit, though no idea what.
How about other POI's? (built-in AND added ones) Are they wrong too?

Go to Change Preferences/ Enable_Disable POI and de-select all the POI that are listed, so long as you have the Warn When Near POI function set-up your display will warn of the cameras. Having loads of POI enabled tends to slow down the screen refresh rate which can lead to this sort of problem - Mike
