POI creation help

POI creation. Apology if this is in the wrong forum

I've downloaded makeov2 and dumpov2. I've then went to Auchan link. Found this on a search on the boards. Now I wonder where I've went wrong.

I opened up web page. Copied the database to word file. I then dropped this word file onto dumpov2 and it "makes" a asc file Aucham.asc. I then took this asc file and dropped it on makeov2. This then made a bmp file.
So I know to copy these to the map directory on the sd card. But other POI files have two files. One with a ov2 extension and one with a bmp. Yet I've got asc and bmp Help

If it is the Text File you can download from Auchan, you don't need to do all that.;)

This LINK is what I had.

Just drag the File to Makeov2 (which is the program that makes the ov2) and it will create an OV2 and a BMP POI set. You can change the BMP to anything of your own choosing.
