Navman F-Series Desktop- manually importing cameras

hi all,
have tried to avail of the search button for this but no luck so far...

i have the navman f20 with the f-series desktop software. i have successfully downloaded the camera database but would like to use the 24 file speed zoned version, and also install lots of POIs.

The trouble is the desktop software only allows one POI to be installed at a time. I was just wondering if anyone knows how to import POIs more quickly, particularly with reference to updating the camera database monthly which could become rather laborious. Sorry if this sounds lazy!
