Navman to TomTom

i would like to use my Navman as a tomtom so i can use all of the speed cams 24 files as navman only let you use 16. Can someone tell me what software to buy and how easy it is to do. Was looking on Ebay and they have the software Tomtom 5 is this the one i need, and where do i find out how to instail it properly.
