downloading poi

ive put the poi on my tomtom but i cant find them anywhere on my devise could someone explain exactly how to download ane where i need to put the file so my tomtom will work with them many thanks

Clever as we are, we're not clairvoyant so a little more background information would help us here!

What POIs are we talking about and where/how have you put them on your device?

You need to unzip the downloaded POI file and copy the .ov2 and .bmp files into your map folder, i.e. asda.ov2 and asda.bmp.

Have you done this?
