Original Great Britain map content

I have just posted this message elsewhere on this forum not sure where. sorry for the double posting.

I have a tomtom one App 6.520 with the Great Britain Map v605.0.
I have committed the sin of not backing up my card and installed various voices and poi as well as other things onto the original card.
What I would like to do is get the card back to normal with just the original content. There for, I am hoping someone could let me know what are the original files and folders I need to leave on the card.

That's quite a long list, as many of the added files are put into different places
My map folder has these files if I ignore all the added ones:
cline.dat
cnode.dat
cname.dat
faces.dat
mapinfo.dat
poi.dat
tmccodes.dat
traffic.dat
traffic.inc
Great_Britain.mid
Great_Britain.mms
Great_Britain.pna
Great_Britain-Map.cfg

Added voices go in the voices folder etc.

Have you tried the "Restore factory defaults" option in the menu?

I reset as sugested but the old files remain.
What I will do is list the files and folders here that are on my card.

Firstly, you have fallen into the trap of assuming Windows understands what some of the files are. THEY ARE NOT WINDOWS FILES. The TT uses Linux, so for example, files with a .chk are NOT "recovered file fragments" but essential files. Similarly a .mid file has nothing to do with Midi.

At a glance there doesn't seem to be much of any great size that isn't essential, but I don't actually own a ONE so there could be a few differences from my 300.

As for the map folder contents, your list is exactly the same as mine except for MapSettings.cfg which is exactly equivaalent to my Great_Britain-Map.cfg (they changed the name in v6 software), and setup.dat which I don't have (or know about), but it is only 1k in size so isn't taking up any room even if it isn't important.

If your ONE is working fine and you are not desperate for space, I'd leave it all exactly as is.
