I've had good experiences with the TomTom Navigator 5, well all but the traffic information but unfortunately TomTom as a company hasn’t matched my expectation.

I recently tried to upgrade and purchased the new maps online direct from TomTom. but this will be the last time I purchase anything from TomTom! I mistakenly used a direct Dutch bank transfer but even so the moneys been removed from my account for over 7 days now and nothing from TomTom, they say they haven’t received the money even after I sent them proof of payment. I've been waiting 10 days now and still haven’t got access to the software I get nothing but excuse from TomTom support. :x

Have your bank trace that money and get it back for you. Maybe somebody hit the wrong number.

Not to give TomTom the benefit of the doubt, but maybe they never got it.
