Hi
have recently bought a mio c250 and whenever i try to update the speedcams from the mio website it fails and says the mio is not connected
, the mio transfer for music etc works ok i just cant seem to get the speedcam stuff to work . can any one help |

Hi splittail,
If your USB connection is working (and the fact that Transfer works OK suggests that it is) then the problem may be that you have Transfer running when you try to connect the Sync. It will definitely not work if you have Transfer running, even if it's minimised to the task bar. Make sure that Transfer is closed and try again.
But be warned that the Mio speedcams file is very inaccurate and out of date. You would be much better off signing up for the PGPSW database, even if you only pay £2 for a single update.

I dont think the USB driver works (they prolly never tried it)
I've tried 3 and neither work
I can say that a prog called MioTransferHack works fine |

It is not possible to update your C250 at the moment.
Mio is having trouble with C250 updates.
Look at:http://mio.digiwalker.googlepages.com/mio_news somewhere just below the middle section.
