TomTom Traffic And Plus Service Disabled

Hello, I've installed TomTom 6.2 on My Mio C710.

It work fine but The menu icon of Traffic and Plus Service are disabled. I can't click on it.

If I put the SD with TomTom 6.2 on My Mio A701 this Icones work fine.

Can someone help me and give me the solution for to able the tomtom traffic icon ?

TomTom can only be registered to one device at a time. Likewise the traffic and other PLUS services will be registered to only one device and this unique device code is sent to TomTom with every request for traffic or other PLUS information. If the TomTom server sees an unregistered device code it will not respond and the icons will be greyed out.
