Quick (and dumb?) question regarding TomTom One's search

Hi guys, just a quick question:

My dad's been using his TomTom for a month or so now and really likes it, however, he's having some troubles searching for places.

For example, he wants to search for 'Southgate Street' in Gloucester which apparently is one of the main roads in that area, yet searching for it on the TomTom doesn't seem to bring up any results.

Any idea what we're doing wrong please? Cheers

Which device is your dad using?
I can find the above address on the 910 quite easily by doing the following:
Navigate To/ Address/ Street and House Number
Enter Gloucester followed by Southgate and a number that you know (2 works) - the device finds the location and plans a route to it, you need to have a GPS signal for the planning to work, otherwise the device won't know where to start the route from - Mike

Ahh, sorry, never knew you had to enter the city first and then the street name!
