packard bell gps400 using desinater 5.5

Hi there, I have a small problem with my packard-bell gps 400.
I have managed to convert the wav files for speed cameras ok,and also got the bmp files uploaded ok for the cameras as well.
now here is my problem,
its the csv files,
I have done all the renaming of the files to the format that is required by destinator 5.5 ,now where I am having problems is uploading to my GPS,the instructions say.upload using active sync.
to upload the files i need to go into tools then click on advanced tools then click edit file conversion settings.
but and here is the big but,
when i go into tools,there is no advanced tools .
do you have any idea what i can or should do?
