Convert Route66 Pushpins to TomTom POIs?

I am currently using Route 66 Route 2005 on my PC and TomTom Navigator 6 on my XDA Orbit.

Is there any way to convert the file of Pushpins from Route66 (which I think is called pushpins.psh) into a POI file which I could use with TomTom?

I asked this about a year ago and even with help from Mike Alder I was unable to convert the psh file
