I have tried downloading POI loader from garmin but I cannot get it to run.I have tried it on two different computers. It is POI loader232. I have a Garmin i3.  |

| Do you mean the program won't run at all or runs but won't load and poi's |

| The program wont run at all. The garmin is not showing in windows explorer but it is in hardware profiles. It says the device is working correctly. I have tried reinstalling the drivers and the POI loader but the same thing happens. |

Is there any error message? What operating system is the computer using? |

| The error message is that it is not a valid win32 application. I am running xp home edition but I have also tried it on XP professional. |

| I disabled norton internet security and I was able to download and run thePOI application. Thank you for trying to help. I am new to sat nav. :D |

Glad it's sorted I use NIS2007 on both my PC's and Sophos Enterprise on my work laptop none have a problem with my i3.
