how to connect leadtek 9531 to a pc?

I have a leadtek 9531 GPS receiver with a cable to iPAQ. would it be possible to connect the receiver to a pc with a USB or RS232 connector?

Yes you can use leadtek 9531 on pc, I have leads for jornada 540 and also use usb lead for laptop, rs232 is also available for pc (see leadtek website) you willneed to download usb software from same website it took me about 4 mins to get my usb working on Autoroute 2005,
I bought my Usb lead with reciever off ebay for £15

If you visit leadtek site, Manual and pdfs are downloadable which show all the options on leads available for the 9531 and also drivers.
