Since I downloaded the new safety camera database at the weekend, (coincidence???) my phone has started to show signs of being a "windows" machine ........ i.e. every now and again it just "crashes" for no apparent reason and I have to restart it before I can get any sense out of it. Is this a common prob with this phone??? Someone else I know who has the same phone (but does not use it for sat-nav) says his has the same symptoms. It is an infuriating situation - especially when it "goes" just before a complicated road junction!!!

Well, your phone IS a Windows machine. Probably one that is short on main memory...
