Hi, I have a iPAQ2410 with Tomto Navigator 5 and GB Map v562

I want to purchase the latest Tomtom GB Map V6 which only works with NAVIGATOR 6

I've been told my iPAQ2410 is not compactable,
Does anyone know why??

TomTom say it is not compatible because they want to save money on support calls. In reality the device works just fine.
