Downloading onto the Garmin nuvi 360

Hi

Somebody please help I have just subscribed to pocket gps and I have down loaded the Garmin POI Loader and the safety camera files as a Zip file. According to Garmin i3 POI install.doc page 5 once the zip file is opened there should be a folder called Garmin inside it which can be downloaded to the computer but unfortunately I cannot see it. The POI Loader cannot recognise the files that have been downloaded as a directory with a .csv extension cannot be found. I presume that this is what the Garmin folder does?
Therefore, unfortunately at the moment, I am unable to download the files. I have a Garmin nuvi 360

Have you right clicked on the downloaded file and 'unzipped it'?
