Would appreciate your input. All of a sudden, I have lost my bluetooth partnership, with my Holux 236. The Vario and Holux are both flashing Blue happily, but on TT6 I am struggling to recreate a successful partnership. On the vario I have entered the correct pass key, 0000. but then what ? Loking on the Vario, and going into GPS 'show status' I get the configure page...I hit 'other BT devices'..and immediately get.. 'please establish a bt partnership', which I assume I have already done. Hitting continue, I select serial Port which if I remeber correctly was the correct setting, but just in case , I've been through the lot, Com Ports 1 through 9 and I still can't get it up and running.
When trying to configure to the 'Other Bluetooth GPS Receiver' on TT, I keep getting the message, ''Please establish a BT connection etc.' which I thought I had done.
I've obviously done/ or haven't, done something simple , but what ? thanks.
Trying again this morning, ...going back to the BT settings, I think what it maybe is that after trying to configure, and after hitting 'New outgoing port', ports 6 and 7 are shown, however the message comes up 'Comport could not be created.' So how do I release one of these ports, and what are they being used for anyway ? thanks again.
