Voice file - where are they stored?

Where are the actual .wav/.mp3/whatever files stored for the voices? I only have 1 tiny file in my voices folder.

I'd have thought they'd take up a lot of space as there are so many different spoken instructions.

The Voice File is called Dataxx.chk, and each Voice File has a VIF File.

On a GO they are in the Root of the SD Card. I don't know for sure but they are probably in the same place for a PDA.
