Hi,

I have just bought an ICN550 and loaded the Nav suite on my PC. When I plug in the device through the USB the Navman itself shows the USB symbol. The software on the PC however doesnt show the maps that I have stored.

Basically I have downloaded the cemera database and want to load it as POI but I cant seem to get it working even though I have followed all the instructions.

Can you help ? Confused

Welcome to the forum.
1. Does Microsoft Active Sync say that you are 'connected' Question
2. Is the USB icon on the device (iCN550) connected i.e. is the dotted line between the two devices (on the Navman screen) connected or broken?

Once you are connected and can access all of the maps loaded on your device via the Smart ST Desktop then you can assume you have a PC to Navman connection.

Make sure there is no conflict with any firewall on your computer - I don't really understand how that can effect the download but on one of mine computers, I have to disabled the firewall before I can get a connection Rolling Eyes

Hope some of these comments help Wink
